Q1.What is the difference between your economical remy, deluxe remy, luxury remy?
A.As a human hair manufacturer, we provide a wide product line to meet different market demands.
There are economical remy, deluxe remy, luxury double drawn remy available from low weight to big weight.
Economical Remy : they are of low weight for beginners or customers with limited budget;
Deluxe Remy: they are of big volumn and will satisfy with customers who want thick hair.
Luxury Double Drawn Remy: they are of salon quality. Luxury double drawn remy are of both big volumn and luxury thickness from top to bottom.

Q2.What is your virgin remy?
A.Our Virgin Remy are made of top grade Brazilian or Indian young girls’ braids. They kept cuticle intact and in the same direction. The virgin remy don’t have any chemical dying or processing. They can last at least half an year under proper wash and care.
Our virgin remy hair can be dyed, curled or straightened , just like your own hair. There are two spare tester wefts in the package and please dye the tester firstly to see whether it can reach your expectation before you dye the whole set.
Improper dying will damage the hair extension permanently.

Q3. Can they be straightened, curled ?
A.Treat the hair as if it is your own. Use a flat iron/ straightener or tongs, even when fitted, but as with your own hair, never use hot tools too often as you could dry the hair and it will not last as long.

Q4. Can I dye /color the hair?
A. Yes. The hair can be colored. As a general rule it is easier to darken the hair than to lighten the hair. We recommend to dye darker , not lighter since the hair extension has been processed and colored, it is difficulty to fade the original color. Improper dying will ruin the hair. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want, coloring them yourself always poses a high risk of not coming out the shade you want. If you can't get to a salon, always use a good quality hair dye and test a small sample first.
Virgin hair is not processed chemically and it keeps cuticle intact. you can dye it any color. Please try the two spare tester wefts firstly before you dye the whole set of virgin remy.

Q5. Can I wash & blow-dry the hair extensions?
A. You can wash them as you would your own. Shampoo and conditioner. We also recommend using a hair treatment on them every few weeks, because the hair is not attached to your scalp, it is not getting the oils it should be.
Using a treatment/hair mask will help keep them looking healthier and shiny for longer! You will find that you don't need to wash your extensions too much, about every 3 weeks. The extensions can be blow-dryed on low setting,but it is not recommended to do it too often. It is best to let your hair extensions dry naturally after washing them. please comb from bottom to top.

Q6. How long does your hair last?

A.Usually, it can last several month at least if proper washing & care. How you care for your extension will be the ultimate determining factor. It is not your own hair and can’t get nutrition, and so, we recommend to apply hair conditioner or hair oil from time to time.
Improper dying will ruin the hair and the ruined hair will be very dry, tangled and broken.

Q7. Can I swim with the hair extensions?

A. We don’t recommend to swim with the hair extension since the chemicals in the swimming pool will have negative affect with our hair extension, which had been chemcially dying and processing. If you have to swim with the hair extension, please wash and clean immediately after swimming and apply hair conditioner as well. We are not responsible for any problem if you swim with hair extensions

Q8.How to tell human hair with synthetic hair?
A.human hair has natural protein . It is easy to tell by burning and smell : human hair will be ash , which will go away after pinching. human hair will smell foul . When burning , the human hair will show white smoke. While synthetic hair will be a sticky ball after burning and will show black smoke . Moreover, human hair may have very few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.
