Chamber Structure:
Tabletop constant temperature and humidity test chamber adopts CNC
machine tool processing molding, beautiful and novel shape and
adopts no reactive handle, easy to operate.
The inner chamber is made of imported senior stainless steel
(SUS304) mirror plate or 304B argon arc welding, and the outer
chamber is made of A3 steel plate sprayed with plastic. The use of
microcomputer temperature and humidity controller, temperature and
humidity control is accurate and reliable.
Large observation window with lighting to keep the box bright, and
the use of double glass, at any time clear observation of the box
condition. With independent temperature limit alarm system, over
the limit temperature is automatically interrupted to ensure the
safe operation of the experiment does not happen accidentally. The
left side of the desktop constant temperature and humidity test
chamber is equipped with a 50mm diameter test hole, which can be
used for external test power line or signal line. The bottom of the
machine adopts high quality fixed PU movable wheels.

Control System:
Imported intelligent temperature and humidity controller, easy to
operate and set.
After the data and test conditions are input, the desktop constant
temperature and humidity test chamber controller has a lock
function to avoid human touch and change the temperature value.
With P.I.D automatic calculation function, the temperature change
conditions can be corrected immediately, so that the temperature
control is more accurate and stable.
Optional printer and computer connection are available.

Structural Features:
Tabletop constant temperature and humidity test box inside the box
using a full 1.2 mm thick SUS304 stainless steel plate welded
together. The advantage of full welding is good sealing, not easy
to crack.
The outer box is made of 1.5 mm thick cold-rolled steel plate after brushing and polishing, high-temperature baking paint treatment, not easy to scratch.
Insulation material using polyurethane automatic mechanical foam, insulation layer thickness of 100 mm.
The door seal adopts double-layer silicone sealing material, with good sealing effect.
The observation window is 4-layer tempered glass, and the size of the window can be customized according to the customer's requirements.
Equipped with 100mm diameter test holes on both sides of the box, and equipped with high and low temperature resistant silicone plugs.
