The fabric is 100% polyester printing taslon fabric . It is also a kind of T400 fabric.Its content is 100%P . And its yarn count is 75D*75D T400. It has good dyeing effect and comfortable touch . It is usually used in jacket ,down jacket and many winter clothes . We do PD ,WR and printing finish with this fabric. And we can do other finishing process like coating ,membrance cire or bonding as your requirements.

3 . feature:

4. About T400:
T400 is a new type of elastic fiber with great application value: | ||
a. The T400 will be used as an add-on to the existing Lycra line for stretch fabrics and apparel. | b. The T400 eliminates the need for intermediate processing steps (core yarn, covered yarn and textured yarn) to increase the efficiency of elastic fabric production. There are other aspects that can reduce the number of process steps and reduce the cost of fabric, ie garment production. | c. Application target: Used in combination with low heat setting fibers (such as cotton); making polyester and cotton/wool/denim polyester components elastic. Increase the softness of polyester-containing fabrics and enhance their appearance. Used in elastic fabric structures (such as lightweight fabrics) that are not achievable with elastic fibers. Weaving self-woven sew-sewed fabric with a smooth feel of filaments. Adding T400 to the existing fabric structure or improving the fabric structure and processing technology can make the T400 fully utilized. |
5. Advantage:
- High tensile strength :The T400's three-dimensional crimped structure gives the fiber excellent elasticity (T400 filaments are 2 to 5 times more elastic than ordinary PET filaments).
- Elastic recovery :Even after 500 repeated stretchings, the elastic recovery rate can be maintained above 95%.
- Soft to the touch and comfortable to wear :T400 fiber is a grooved hollow fiber, so it is not only bulky and softer than ordinary polyester, but also has moisture absorption and perspiration function.
- Good dyeing effect :The dyeing temperature can be selected from 100 degrees Celsius to 130 degrees Celsius, which can cause a two-color effect when at 120 degrees Celsius. When the temperature is raised to 130 degrees Celsius, the leveling effect can be achieved, and the color fastness can reach four or more levels, which is equivalent to the dyeing characteristics of general polyester.
- The cloth surface is flat and the wrinkle resistance is good. :T400 fiber has a prominent memory function, that is, the fiber can maintain the state of being given after being shaped, and the fiber after the setting can produce a secondary setting effect at a lower temperature. When the fiber is stimulated by specific conditions from the outside world, it can be restored to its original form. It can be considered that the T400 fiber has the ability to quickly memorize changes in mechanical shape and to quickly disappear under external stress. Therefore, T400 fiber and other fiber woven garment fabrics have the characteristics of easy wrinkle and smoothness.
