The fabric is 100% 400T nylon fabric .Its density is 20D*20D . And we finish it with dyed and ciring .So the fabric is waterproof and downproof .The fabric has soft handfeel,just like touching the skin .There is a wide application in our life with this kind of fabric in lightweight down jacket,lining and also pet cloths .

5 .About Ciring:
The ciring process is mainly related to the temperature , the speed and the pressure when ciring. Generally speaking, you need a better ciring effect,it needs the higher temperature, the slower speed and the greater the pressure. But if the temperature exceeds the bearing range of the material . The fabric will be brittle and hard.
And if the ciring temperature is high after dyeing, the color will run off. So the color is difficult to control, especially for polyester fabric. Polyester fabric can withstand higher temperatures than nylon fabric , because the melting point of polyester is 255-260 ° C, nylon fabric is 215 ° C.
