1 . Descriptions:
This fabric has very widely usages. It is suitable to producing the winter jackets, down jacket .
Memory fabric is widely used in winter jacket production. And this time ,we recommend this 100% recycled polyester memory fabric. This fabric is 100% recycled from plastic pet from the sea . Its yarn count is 50D*75D. It is about 85gsm and the width is about 145cm. This fabric has the same function of the regular memory fabric. And after dyeing , we can do cire finishing or coating finishing according to your requirments. So this fabric can be watweproof and downproof.
Also ,we can do other finishing if you want to obtain its functions , just like cire ,bonding or tricot. After this , it can be made waterproof and windproof .

3 . About the Usages of RPET Memory Fabric:
As a recycled material, so it is eco friendly. But it is now widely used in producing garments and backpacks. Just for this plain recycled polyester memory fabric, you can use this in producing casual and sports cloths, like jacket, skiing jacket , sports wear or kids padded jacket. This recycled pet memory fabric has clear texture and durable feature. For our dyeing process , it is be finished with waterproof , so it has soft and comfortable handfeel .
For colors , we can do red, blue, black, white, khaki , green or etc , you can choose which colors that you want, and we can produce according to your color number. We have advanced dyeing technology and use environmentally friendly dyes, so we are confident in color fastness.
We can do many different finishing after dyeing on this recycled fabrics.If we do TPU membrane and bonding finish after dyeing, this fabric can be 2 layers or 3 layers fabric. Then this fabric will be suitable in outdoor or sports wear,like soft-shell jacket.
