Main performance features of Spacer Bar Bending Machine
1. It can set 4 specifications and 32 sizes (8 for each
specification) of the original glass sheet size data. The bending
machine automatically calculates the aluminum frame data according
to each size for sorting, continuous processing, greatly improving
efficiency and speed.
2. In addition to start stop operation, all operations are
completed on the touch screen, and the mobile operation platform is
available. Chinese / English or other languages operation
interface, easy to operate, natural, easy to understand.
3. The CNC bending angle control system is adopted, with an
adjustable accuracy of 0.1 °.
4.The CNC servo feeding system is adopted, and the adjustable
precision of aluminum frame size is 0.1M m/m
5. There is no tailing design, except for cutting loss, zero head
processing can be realized.
6. There are four automatic storage tanks, which can store 4-6m
aluminum strip materials of four specifications.
7. It has the function of high-speed automatic continuous cutting
of aluminum strip.
8. The bending speed shall be adjusted automatically according to
the size of aluminum frame to avoid deformation of large frame and
ensure high-speed and continuous small frame.
9. The aluminum spacer bar is automatically connected, and the
aluminum strip joint is designed with intelligent avoidance (to
avoid bending or cutting to the joint part).
