1) Introduction of sand production line

Our sand production line mainly consists of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, vertical impact crusher (sand making machine), vibrating screen, sand washing machine, belt conveyor, electric control panel, etc, and capacity is 50-500T/H. Our sand production line is taking the leading role in the sand making industry by matching the internationally-advanced vertical impact crusher (sand making machines with other series products of the company through many years of scientific development. The sand production line can be used in hard limestone, granite, basalt, cobble, metallurgical slag etc, and widely used in hydropower, building material, highway, city construction, etc aggregate and artificial sand making operation, and applied in the water and electricity, building materials, expressway, and urban construction etc industry. 2) Basic process of sand production line
The stone materials are transported to jaw crusher for primary
crushing via vibrating feeder. The coarse crushed material is
transported to sand making machine for further crushing by the belt
conveyor. Then the stones are screened out into several different
types with a vibrating screen. Stone with satisfied size is
transported to sand washing machine, after washed and discharged by
the belt conveyor, then it will be final product, while The others
with unsuitable size will be screened from vibrating screen, then
will be returned back to sand making machine for recrushing,
forming the close manifold cycles. The finished product size can be
combined and graded by the requirement of the users. If using the
dry productive technology, powder separator and de-dusting device
will be equipped.
