Sand recycling machine works:
Special centrifugal pump slag sand washing tank water mixture is conveyed to the cyclone, centrifugal classification concentrate of sand through grit mouth to the vibrating sieve dehydration, after vibrating screen dehydration, effective separation of fine sand and water, a small amount of sand, mud hopper by returning back to the cleaning tank, resulting in a mixture of mixed cyclone reflux, was again sent to the cyclone separator. By changing the pump speed, change of mortar concentration, regulate the overflow of water, replace the sand nozzle to achieve the fineness modulus adjustment, thereby completing the cleaning, dehydration and grading three functions.
