(1).This cap sterilizer is used for sterilizing the caps.It is sterilizing the caps with ozone water, sterile water and dry the caps by sterile air.

(2).Rotary cap unscrambler takes pneumatic principle, it wont damage the caps surface. when the caps hopper get to be short of caps.the machine will send the massage to the cap elevator which has automatic fill caps function.

(3).After sterilizing, the caps have been sent to the cap station directly.
