Application
Front axle support is a tractor component which offers support to the front axles.
Cast iron track control arm axle support is also called shaft bracket or shaft support. Axle support has three different types, there are front axle support, rear axle support and rear pivot support.
The material of axle support includes grey iron, ductile iron or
cast steel. Tractor axle supports are mainly made by grey iron
HT150, HT200, HT250, or by ASTM CLASS 20, CLASS 30, CLASS 35.
Auto axle supports are usually made by ductile iron QT400-18,
QT450-10, QT500-7, QT600-3, or by ASTM 60-40-18, 65-45-12,
70-50-05, 80-60-03.
The fittings of axle support include axle support bearing, axle
support bushing and axle support cover.
Production Process
Large cast iron axle supports are made with resin sand casting
process. As for the small axle supports and related fittings,
normal green sand floor molding process and molding machines will
be suitable. As for the large amount of axle supports for
automotive industry, the automatic molding line can be workable.
