The Reason of Contamination:
1. Transformer oil under the action of thermoelectric field, oil
and oxygen contact is gradually oxidized into various oxides and
acids, alcohols and other forms of insoluble gum.
2. Due to the leakage of the system, the seal is not strict, the
oil is in heat load for a long time, and the open oil storage and
other reasons, the water and gas in the air settle in the oil,
resulting in water and gas in the oil.
Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Description:
-VF series transformer oil purifier is a dehydration and degassing
unit with thermal and vacuum processing. Comparing with
Sino-NSH-VFD, this series is more suitable for smaller oil quantity
or smaller capacity requests.
-VF series transformer oil purifier is mainly used to improve the
properties of insulating oils in electric power transformers and
other oil filled electrical equipment. It can remove dissolved and
free water, dissolved gas and particulate impuritie effectively so
as to increase special indexes of insulation oil.
-VF series transformer oil purifier combines vacuum flashing
evaporation technology and delaminating gradual-close filter
technology to reach best performance of oil purification.
Meanwhile, by integrating efficient thermal and double-stage
vacuum, the breakdown voltage is highly improved, which can be
increased from 25kV to over 60kV.

Working Principle:
1.Vacuum oil purifier is designed according to the boiling point of
water and oil. It is composed of vacuum heating tank, fine filter,
primary filter, vacuum pump, exhaust oil pump and electrical
cabinet.
2. Vacuum pump will air out creating vacuum in the vacuum tank, the
oil under the action of atmospheric pressure, oil after entrance
pipe into the prefilter to remove larger particles, and then enter
the heating tank, after heated to a temperature of 40-75 ℃ of oil
into the vacuum tank, oil in water evaporate into water vapor
rapidly and continuously in the vacuum pump oil water separator,
The water vapor in the separator is cooled and reduced to water
before being released.
3. The oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine
filter by the exhaust pump through the filter element to filter out
the particulate impurities. In order to complete the vacuum filter
quickly remove impurities in the oil, water, gas, the whole
process, so that the clean oil discharged from the exit of the
machine.
