Steel Insulated FD30 Fire Door

All of Zhongwo FD30 steel fire doors are class A fire doors and are certified according to BS476-22:1987. We can provide you with relevant testing report and certificates in order to verify the door’s fire integrity and insulation.
Generally our FD30 steel fire doors sets consist of door frame and door leaf. We can also provide individually the door frame or door leaf.

Door Leaf

Door leaf is filled with 38 mm thick fireproof perlite board with density of 300±30 kg/m³_. And the door leaf panel is covered on both sides with 0.8 mm thick galvanized steel sheet. Finishes of the panel can be powder coating, heat transfer printing, ready for painting and others as request. Besides, every door of us can be made to your specific requirement for sizes, colors, applications etc.

Door Frame

Thickness of the galvanized steel sheet for the fd30 fire door frame starts from 1.2 mm via 1.5 mm to 1.8 mm, or even 2.0 mm. Inside there is also fireproof perlite board as infilling material and the frame depth reaches at least 90 mm. We can also manufacture FD30 fire door frames in a range of finishes according to your requirements. Also we will make you suggestions on finishes choice for different applications.
