FD90 Fire Rated Steel Doors

Zhongwo FD90 steel fire rated doors consist of door leaf with solid mineral core as infillings and hardware. All of these doors are tested to UL10(b) and UL10(c). Besides, standard hardware include UL tested locksets and a heavy duty door closer, also there are high quality exit devices, magnetic devices and other safety hardware for your choice. And the vision panels also meet the American standard with different forms(rund, vertical, square etc.).

These doors can be used in a wide range of fields such as Interior applications, Residential applications, Commercial applications, Labour camps, Warehouse, Railway stations, metro stations, industrial buildings etc.

Fire Rating

90min, positive pressure; we have also 60min and 120 min as your options.

Sizes

Our standard sizes cover all of popular sizes in American market such as 3'X7' & 4'X8' for single door and 6'X7' & 8'X8' for double doors. Besides, custom sizes are also available.

Materials

--For galvanized steel sheet of door leaf we have three different options for you 20-18- or16-gauge.

--For galvanized steel sheet of door frame we have three different options for you 18-16- or14-gauge.

Reinforcements

· Top and bottom of doors shall be reinforced with continuous 16-gauge steel channels, spot welded to both sides of doors.

· Hinge reinforcements shall be 11-gauge steel angle, 12" long

· Cylindrical lock reinforcement shall be 16-gauge with 11-gauge thread depth. Other lock and closer reinforcements shall be 12-gauge.

· Doors shall be reinforced for all surface type hardware. Drilling and tapping of surface hardware to be done in the field by the erector.

· Edges of door shall be continuously seam welded, ground, and filled to ensure a smooth finish.

Finishes

Normally the surface finish by us is powder coating in RAL colors, but we can also provide you with prime paint, wood grain. And also stainless steel finished are available.

Fire doors with glass lites:

A. Reinforcement channel is provided.

B. Glass frame and glazing bead is steel.

C. Glass is UL listed glazing material.
