• Fully Compliant And Customizable Doors

All of our Zowor steel fire exit doors are design, manufactured and fire tested by UL strictly under standards such as NFPA252, CAN/ULC S104, UL10(c), UL10(b). All of our steel fire exit doors are customized upon fire rating and finish requirements of customers.

• Light And Fire Resistant Materials

Door leafs are structured with two layers of 1.0mm thick galvanised or 304 stainless steel face panels, one on each side, sandwiching light honeycomg krafpaper which has been treated in fire retardant liquid. Then they are soildly assembled to form an extremely rigid,flat panel.

• Easy Installation

Each Zowor steel fire exit door is supplied as a single, fully pre-assembled unit. It is ready for wall installation with certified self-tapping screws through predrilled holes in the frame, or by welding if preferred. Once installed, it will operate as a normal steel door.

• Durable, Architecturally-pleasing Hardware

All doors are provided with the following hardware:
• Four stainless steel 304 hinges per door leaf
• Two stainless steel 304 handles with escutcheons
• Seals with protection strips (to guarantee weather-tightness and gas tightness)
• A top quality door closer per door leaf

Finish

Powder Coating

All our UL steel fire doors are factory finished and most popular finish is powder coating. Colors of this finish is according to RAL swatch or upon request of customers.

Wood Grain

Wood grain doors combine the beautiful appearance of timber together with the strength and rigidity of steel. By default we provide you with rosewood, walnut wood, oak wood as popular wood grain options.

Vision Panels

In cases man need light go through the door to make the inside room lighter. So there is a need for glass inserts in doors.

All of our glasses can reach fire rating of at least 3 hours.

Size of glasses can be customized.

Attention: We do not insert vision panels in doors with fire rating of longer than 2 hours.
