Overview
The 20kV oil-immersed distribution transformer is a new product
developed for the 20kV distribution network. This transformer
effectively improves economic power supply capacity, increases
economic transmission distance, conserves land resources, and
significantly reduces line loss rates, making it an energy-saving
product prioritized for promotion by the state.
The product is suitable for areas with high load density and rapid
growth in power demand, as well as emerging regions or locations
where the existing power grid infrastructure is relatively weak. It
can also be applied in industries with high safety requirements,
such as petrochemicals (railways, coal mines), public places, and
modular substations.
* Without an oil conservator, dehydrator, or other oil protection
devices, the transformer oil is ensured to be free from contact
with air, which enhances its oxidation resistance and slows down
the aging process of the transformer oil.
* The core is made of high-quality, high-permeability oriented
cold-rolled silicon steel sheets with a full diagonal joint
stacking structure, which reduces no-load loss and no-load current;
* The high and low voltage windings are made of high-quality
oxygen-free copper. The high voltage winding is wound on an
automatic winding machine, while the low voltage winding employs a
new winding structure. This design incorporates an innovative
insulation structure, providing strong short-circuit resistance.
