Barrel Carbon Steel Domestic Sewage MBR Treatment System
Working principle
The membrane bioreactor (MBR) process is a new type of organic
combination of membrane separation technology and biotechnology
Wastewater treatment technology. It uses membrane separation
equipment to trap activated sludge and macromolecular organic
substances in the biochemical reaction tank, eliminating the need
for a secondary settling tank. As a result, the concentration of
activated sludge is greatly increased, the hydraulic retention time
(HRT) and sludge retention time (SRT) can be controlled separately,
and the non-degradable substances continue to react and degrade in
the reactor. Therefore, the membrane bioreactor (MBR) process
greatly enhances the function of the bioreactor through membrane
separation technology. Compared with traditional biological
treatment methods, it is one of the most promising new technologies
for wastewater treatment.
Equipment performance parameters
The core component of MBR integrated equipment is the membrane
bioreactor, and its inlet water quality requirements are as
follows: COD<500mg/L
BOD5<300mg/L
SS<100mg/L
NH3-N<50mg/L
Number of Escherichia coli<10000/L
The integrated equipment can flexibly configure the process flow
according to the raw water quality, so that the equipment has a
wide range of applicability. It can directly treat domestic sewage
and hospital sewage to meet the domestic miscellaneous water
standard.
Water quality:
The effluent water quality meets the domestic miscellaneous water
standard:
COD<50mg/L
BOD5<10mg/L
SS<10mg/L
NH3-N<10mg/L
Number of Escherichia coli<3/L
