Mining Chute Lining Abrasion Resistant Rubber Ceramic Wear Liner
Rubber ceramic wear liners are our best-sellers. We have rich

or 95% Al2O3 ceramics provide excellent wear resistance, resilient

Silicon nitride combined with silicon carbide products is a
structural ceramic material. High-purity SIC and Si powder are used
as raw materials, and the body is formed by grouting and pressing,
and is sintered by nitriding reaction. Silicon nitride and silicon
carbide products include thin wall slabs, round tubes, burners and
a variety of complex heterosexual products, as well as beams of
various cross sections.
NSiC has higher flexural strength and excellent oxidation
resistance than RSiC products. The maximum operating temperature
is1500.
In addition to its own structural characteristics, NSiC products
also have good wear resistance and corrosion resistance to metal
solutions, so NSiC products can directly contact aluminum, zinc,
copper, and magnesium solutions, and NSiC protection tube was
successfully used for temperature measurement.
NSiC has characteristics that other refractory materials do not
have, such as high temperature resistance to bending, excellent
high load loading and wear resistance.
Application:
1.Silicon nitride and silicon carbide beams have excellent
high-temperature flexural strength, creep resistance and oxidation
resistance; mainly used in sanitary ceramics, high-voltage
electrical porcelain, filters, quartz crucibles; shed plates and
fish-shaped plates which are widely used in daily-use ceramic

various industries; special-shaped products and burner sleeves are
widely used in various kiln and mechanical engineering.
2.Recrystallized silicon carbide products are high-tech silicon
carbide materials formed by mixing high-purity silicon
carbidecoarse powder and high-activity silicon carbide fine powder,
and after grouting, vacuum sintering at 2450 ° C to recrystallize.
Recrystallized silicon carbide products have excellent properties
such as high temperature strength, light weight, good thermal
conductivity, small heat storage, and long life. They are widely
used in ceramics, petrochemical, aerospace and other industrial
sectors. Used for making ceramic pottery (rollers, beams, slabs,
high-temperature burners, thermocouple protection tubes, etc.).
Among them, the most typical use is as high-temperature kiln
furniture for various industrial kiln, especially suitable for use
under high temperature conditions above 1250C. Using RSIC kiln
furniture can significantly improve the filling efficiency and save
energy consumption.
Beam products: recrystallized silicon carbide beams are widely used in sanitary
ware, roller manufacturing, and electric porcelain industries. The
size of the beam can be processed and manufactured according to
requirements.
Square shed board, round plate and fish-shaped board: widely used
in daily-use ceramics, sanitary ceramic sanitary ware, powder
metallurgy, electronics and other industries. In addition, we can
apply single-sided or double-sided coating to shed boards according
to customers’ needs. We can also produce porous, and one-sided or
multi-sided special-shaped shed board.
Rollers and tubes: Roller kiln with high temperature and high load
capacity, used in the production of alumina ceramics and technical
ceramic products under high temperature and high oxidation
environment. Recrystallized thermocouple protection tube meets the
constant demand in the field of high temperature measurement due to
its superior corrosion resistance and high temperature thermal
conductivity. In addition, cold air tubes and some special-shaped
tubes are also used in various industrial furnaces.
In addition to standard products, recrystallized silicon carbide
materials can also be used to make a variety of different shaped
products, such as burners and casseroles, as well as various
industrial engineering parts made to order. It has excellent
resistance to high temperature oxidation and corrosion and
abrasion. Heat exchangers and high temperature parts made with it
are also widely used in mechanical engineering.

3.Sintering process of silicon carbide ceramics mainly includes:
pressureless sintering, reaction sintering, hot-pressing sintering
and hot isostatic pressing. Among them, reaction sintering and
pressureless sintering are more commonly used. The properties of
silicon carbide ceramics also vary depending on the sintering
method. Pressureless sintering can produce parts with complex shapes and
large-sized silicon carbide ceramic parts. |
