Red copper alloy powder application:
A. Manufacture of oil-retaining bearing
Red copper alloy powder products manufactured by our company enjoy
good fluidity and compressibility. Oil-retaining bearings made from
red copper alloy powder have the same quality as oil-retaining
bearings made from 663 bronze powder. Their mechanical property and
abrasive resistance are apparently better than those of copper base
oil-impregnated bearings and their prices are much lower than those
of copper powder. Red copper alloy powder is ideal material used to
produce various oil-impregnated bearings.
B. Manufacture of diamond tools
The copper clad of red copper alloy powder products manufactured by
the company is uniform and complete, which is favorable for
improving the homogeneous diffusion and alloying extent of each
metal component of diamond tool in the sintering process, so as to
better the mechanical properties and wear-resisting properties of
diamond tools. Its performance is significantly better than that of
premixed powder and the composite production costs can be greatly
reduced.
C. Manufacture of abrasives
The copper clad of red copper alloy powder products manufactured by
the company is uniform and compact. Their strength of bonding with
iron powder is high, which can improve the thermal conductivity of
powder, so as to better the thermal conductivity of abrasives.
Besides, since the metal powder diffuses uniformly and the alloying
degree increases in the sintering process, the mechanical
