SVP Series fully automatic single-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier is developed from ZY Series, mainly designed for using at the power station, industrial and mining enterprises to purify the unqualified or new transformer oil when power transformer below 110 kV, mutual inductor oil, switch oil, etc.

SVP Series Transformer Oil Purifier, equipped with and controlled by PLC system, which can be operated fully automatically. Operator just monitor its operation at side, operation status will be shown on the PLC touch screen. Meanwhile, one set of oil dielectric strength tester is provided along with SVP Series to test BDV value at any time if necessary.

SVP series efficiency single stage vacuum transformers insulation oil purifier can quickly and effectively remove water, gas, oxide materials, fee carbon and other impurities from transformer oil to lower the PH value, improve breakdown voltage and quality. Also serving as the vacuum oiling equipment and drying equipment, SVP vacuum transformer oil purifier adopts high vacuum oil dehydrator and degasification system and duplex-Stereofilm evaporating technology for drying insulation oil and recover the dielectric strength. This vacuum insulation oil purification machine can live line work on the spot and also can be suitable to purify other insulating oils, such as capacitor oil, switch oil, mutual inductor oil, cable oil, circuit breaker oil and so on.

Features:

▼ SVP regeneration units adopt both physical and chemical methods. They can not only regenerate the aging transformer oil, switch oil but remove the acid, suspending materials and contaminates.
▼ SVP regeneration units adopt special adsorbent. They can be normally run without switching off the power and changing the oil of transformer.
▼ After the treatment, the transformer oil will maintain basic ingredients and anti-oxidation capacity to meet the standard of new transformer oil. Meanwhile, the SVP regeneration units can keep the power equipments insulating and safe by consuming only 90% maintenance cost.
