Product Overview

Flare Ignition device is the security and environment friendly equipment to process the harmful Combustible gas in drilling fluids. It can be used to have the blown down harmful gas ignited and burned to prevent the environment and security from being endangered. It has been widely used in petroleum drilling engineering matched with mud gas separator.

Burning the harmful or poisonous gas by igniter will eliminate threaten to environment and safety. Every flare ignition device will be operated together with mud gas separator. They will be connected with the vent line or gas discharge line. They are widely used in oil and gas drilling at present. The installation
In general, the installation ground of electronic ignition device shall be flat and firm, and the ground bolt pit shall be preset.
When installation, use crane to lift vertically with the ground, slowly put it down, and then use steel wire rope from the upper part of the main body (uniform cloth) to tighten with the ground, to ensure that the main body and the ground are vertical, casting anchor bolts, fastening see schematic diagram.
