Oil Gas Decanter 70m3/H API Drilling Mud Centrifuge

Main Introduction

LW serial decanter centrifuge has two control models of variable frequency and work frequency, and has abovementioned various decanter centrifuges devoted for ocean drilling platforms. The work frequency-driven decanter centrifuge can change its speed through pulley and belt change, and the variable frequency horizontal centrifuge can realize infinite speed variation in a large scope and its control cabinet can directly display the parameters of work rev., work current and torque. The engine may be suitable for power grids of 50Hz and 60Hz.

TR Decanter Centrifuge can meet with different requirements of mud treatment under various drilling conditions, that can do sedimentation and separation for particles more than 2 μm. After treatment, the mud can achieve ideal viscosity and proportion, resulting in better recycling, high efficiency, saving and environment protection.

Mud decanting centrifuge can recycle the barite. It's important by cleaning out the small particle(2μm-7μm) from the drilling fluids to control fluids density and viscosity and improve the efficiency of well drilling.
