M5 A2 Small White 1 2 Inch Steel Machine Screws Hardware Pozi / Combined Drive
1. Production Description:
All the screws are full threader.
A2 Stainless Steel (304 stainless steel)
Standard metric threads pitch.
The Phillips flat/countersunk head machine screws are bolts
designed to fit inside a countersunk hole. A countersink is both
the recessed hole and the tool to make the hole that allows
compatible screws and bolts to screw in flush to a surface.
Flat/Countersunk head screwss are mostly hidden when screwed in,
because their heads are shaped to fit within the special holes.
When these holes are empty, they look like a normal screw hole with
a conical opening at the top; when they are full, the only visible
part should be the very top of the screw or bolt. The typical angle
of a countersunk screw head is 90 degrees.
Screws Length= Head Height + Thread Length.

3. Applications:
Machine screws are used in a wide range of applications including mobile devices, data storage devices and industrial equipment.
Machine screws are used in applications which require general atmospheric corrosion resistance, in food processing machinery and refrigeration equipment.
Machine screws are meant to apply two metal work pieces together, with the use of a threaded pre-tapped hole or through a hole and held with a nut. They are threaded the entire length of the shank. The length of a machine screw is measured from under the head to the point of the screw
Machine screws are used with nuts or screwed directly into a threaded receptacle to fasten metal parts together. Measured from the underside of the head to the tip of the screw to obtain fastener length. If nuts are needed, use with nuts of the same finish and threading for proper fit.
