ribs. Flat Head Stainless Steel Screws are passivated, which means
to protect from contamination and make it less reactive. This screw
can be used on hard or soft woods and other tough materials. Made
from Waxed and Lubricated 304 and 316 Stainless Steel, featuring a
Self-Countersinking Head and Type 17 Notched Extra Sharp Point.

Big Timber Stainless Steel Screws are made from 305 stainless steel
for use with all chemically treated materials, plywood applications
and all wood applications which are exposed to weather, high
moisture, and other caustic conditions. Provides extra corrosion
resistance & works excellent on projects where staining is
required. Manufactured from the finest stainless steel alloys.
Highest nickel content of the 18-8 stainless steels, delivers
superior corrosion resistance, eliminates discoloration and
staining around screw heads and is unaffected by tannic acid and
other extractives found in cedar and redwood.
304 and 316 stainless steel for extra resistance to corrosion, deep
six lobe star drive, extra sharp type 17 self tapping point, 5
cutting nibs for self countersinking, standard size true flat head,
deep wide sharp spiral threads, excellent for hardwood, redwood and
cedar. Great for interior, exterior or sea coast work! Waxed &
lubricated for easier driving. #8, #9 and #10 available 1-1/4” to
4”.
