Overview
Ammonia Dissociator takes liquid ammonia as raw materials, after gasification, ammonia is heated to a certain temperature, under the effect of catalyst, ammonia is decomposed into hydrogen and nitrogen mixture gas. After liquid ammonia gasification and pre-heating, it enters decomposition with catalyst. Under a certain temperature, pressure and catalyst, it is dissociated, and then produce a mixture containing 75% nitrogen and 25% hydrogen.
It is used for metal heat treatment, metal reduction, powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, special ceramic diamond products cemented carbide protective gas.
