Overview
Aluminum brazing furnace is designed for the continuous brazing of
the following products such as aluminum water radiator, oil cooler,
intercooler, serpentine type condenser, evaporator, parallel flow
condenser, laminated type evaporator, air cooler of power station
under nitrogen atmosphere etc.
Hard brazing
Brazing solder has a melting point of more than 450°C and high
joint strength, The strength of hard brazing joints is high, some
kinds of brazing solders can be used in high temperature. There are
many kinds of solder for hard brazing, the most widely used solder
based on aluminum, silver, copper, manganese and nickel. Aluminum
base solder is often used for brazing aluminum products. Silver
base copper filler metal is often used for brazing copper and iron
parts.

aluminum brazing furnace timely and accurately.
- High speed circulating air and high heating ability of dry oven ensure the parts going to the furnace will not bring any moisture
which will affect the brazing quality.
