Overview

The equipment is helpful for the continous brazing of metal products under high temperature condtions in the furnace. Because hydrogen as a protective gas in the furnace can protect the metal products to achieve reduction, so that it comes smooth and bright products after brazed.

It is widely used for stainless steel, carbon steel, brass, copper, ceramic parts brazing and bright heat treatment in industries of automobile, diesel engine, aero-space & aviation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gas water heater, electron and microwave magnetic control tube, etc.

Advantages

• Longer muffle lifespan: Patented heating muffle is guaranteed for 1.5 years under normal condition (1120℃) and 3 years for lower temperatures (less than 950℃).
• Cooling muffle is under the examination and approval for invention patent, and guaranteed the brazing parts will be bright and shiny without oxidation.
• Cooling section equipped with heat exchanger greatly improves cooling speed.
• Imported lining materials reduces energy consumption.
• Individual Continuous Variable Control System (ICVC) ensures very high temperature accuracy and uniformity. The furnace temperature stability can reach ±1℃.
• Automatic control with multiple protective features ensures the safety of both furnace and operators.
