The gas heating brazing furnace is mainly composed of pre-heating section, heating insulation section, cooling section,
heat exchanger, gas heating system, mesh belt transmission
mechanism, gas path system, water cooling system and control system.
Advantages
The control of furnace temperature is realized by high precision micro-processor controlled thermometer and PLC, and the temperature control precision is high. The transmission
control of the mesh belt is realized by the variable frequency speed controller, and it is equipped with various alarm devices to make the brazing furnace run more safely and reliably.
