Standard ISO Certificated M310 Bohler Mold Core Pins For Plastic Mould
Standard ISO Certificated M310 Bohler Mold Core Pin Metal Round Stepped for Plastic Mould
The Description Of Mold Core Pin
Mold Core Pin and core blocks are frequently used for aluminum
alloy die-casting to produce net-shape parts and/or to prevent the
parts from
shrinkage in thick casting sections. however, for large casting,
some other problems such as soldering of Mold Core Pin due to
insuffcient cooling,
leakage, etc. may also arise. the authors have studied the heat now
from casting to Mold Core Pin under various casting conditions and
developed an effcient cooling system. this paper reports the
optimization of thin wall Mold Core Pin shape from the perspective
of heat now and mechanicals of Mold Core Pin. the optimum cooling
channel diameter of the Mold Core Pin should be 70 percent of the
outer diameter of the Mold Core Pin. this thin wall Mold Core Pin
in combination with high pressure water cooling would eliminate
soldering and would give a longer Mold Core Pin life than that of
conventional solid Mold Core Pin without internal cooling

FAQ:
Q1: Which Kind Information Need For Quotation ?
A: 1.Product 2D / 3D drawing 2.Product material 3.Cavitation
4.Runner type : cold or hot 5.Mould steel type 6.Mould trial and
sample quantity 7.Other special requirements
Q2: I Have A Sample But Dont Have Drawing , What Can I Do ?
A: Please send us some photos of the sample. and you can send us a
sample then tell us your idea, we will help to finish the 3D
drawing design
Q3: How Do We Control The Mold Processing ?
A: We will send the process report and mold processing pictures
every week to the customer
Q4: What Is Your Lead Time ?
A: For injection mold, generally it is 28-60 days as the products
structure is different so the leadtime will also be different for
injection molding parts, 5-10 days for small order, if more we
willscuss
Q5: Didn't Find The Answer You Were Looking For ?
A: Please contact us today with your questions and a team member
will get back to you as soon as possible
