The core and cavity are the two halves of the mold where the hot molten plastic material is injected into the core and cavity and the gap between the core and cavity is filled with the hot molten material during the injection molding process and then hardened into the final shape.
Our products is made of imported material,good antirust and excellent polishing performance.At present,we can manufacture 96 cavities mould parts for hot/cold runner bottle preform mould.The products are machined by imported CNC, OD grinder,ID grinder to ensure its equal altitude and consistency and interchangeability.For special application requirements,the surface treatment of TIN,DLC can be provided to improve the wear resistance and extend the service life.
