Mold inserts machining process
1) Prepare materials;
2) Milling machine processing: drilling water transport holes (the distance between the deepest part of the water transport plug and the horizontal water transport holes is 3-4mm), threading holes, drilling and tapping screw holes, drilling and reaming pinholes, mold number, reference angle 3. Make way for the platform;
3) CNC machining: rough machining;
4) Heat treatment: indicate the hardness requirements;
5) Grinding machine processing: Grinding six-sided square ruler, the shape is ground to match the frame size;
6) If the mold core needs CNC finishing, arrange CNC finishing, if the cavity has font and model number, it needs to be engraved;
7) Wire cutting: middle wire processing insert hole, oblique top hole, thimble hole, chisel hole, etc .;
8) Electrical discharge machining: single machining according to drawings and pulse instructions;
9) Polishing: write the roughness and requirements of the polishing on the process card, and mark the polished area with a marker on the workpiece. If there is a mirror surface requirement, if the period is too late, you can first rough rough and wait for the test mode before fine polishing
10) Assembly.
