For H13 Hot-Work Steel:
We go with Bohler Uddeholm® material, which has exceptional thermal
fatigue resistance. This makes it perfect for high-temperature
injection molding applications like automotive molds and complex
cavity inserts. Every batch comes with full traceability, so you
know exactly where it's coming from.
For Stavax® ESR (420 Stainless Tool Steel):
This one’s sourced directly from ASSAB® and comes with mill test
reports. It’s great for surgical instrument molds and transparent
plastic components because of its superior corrosion resistance and
ability to achieve a mirror finish, ideal for medical and
optical-grade molds.
For M340 High-Hardness Steel:
We get this premium-grade steel from leading European suppliers. It
offers extreme wear resistance and maintains precision even under

1. Röders CNC Machining:
We use 5-axis CNC machines that can achieve tolerances as tight as

2. Makino EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining):
