The aluminum-magnesium refractory castable with age of 60~80 times
The aluminum-magnesium refractory castable is a refractory castable prepared by using high alumina bauxite
clinker as aggregate, high bauxite clinker powder and magnesia as
powder, and sodium water glass as binder.
Feature
The aluminum-magnesium refractory castables the average age of ladle is 60~80 times, and the consumption of
refractory materials per ton of steel is reduced by about 70%
compared with clay-coated steel bricks.
Application
The aluminum-magnesium refractory castable is mainly used for the inner lining of steel drums, ladle and
tapping troughs, and has been widely used in the ladle for medium
and small die casting.
