Features and uses: The SP submerged slurry pump is a vertical
centrifugal slurry pump. It is a new generation of high-efficiency
wear-resistant and energy-saving vertical slurry pump developed by
our factory. This series adopts the international advanced
solid-liquid two-phase flow. The theory is designed according to
the principle of minimum loss. The geometry of the flow-passing
component conforms to the flow state of the medium, which reduces
the turbulence and impact to be local and along the hydraulic loss,
thereby reducing the wear of the over-current components, achieving
high hydraulic efficiency and reducing In order to operate noise
and vibration, the series of pump over-current components are made
of high-hardness and high-chromium alloy. The material has high
anti-wear, anti-corrosion and impact properties, which makes it
have a long service life.
The series of slurry pumps are innovative in hydraulic design and
structural design. The over-current components are made of
self-developed anti-abrasion high-chromium wear-resistant alloy,
which has high efficiency, energy saving, long service life, light
weight and reasonable structure. It has remarkable features such as
reliable operation, low vibration, low noise and convenient
maintenance.

Usage
SP series vertical sump pump is widely used in electric power,
metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical industry, etc. It is
mainly used to transport abrasive, coarse particles and high
concentration slurry. The maximum weight concentration of
solid-liquid mixture: mortar 45%, 60% pulp, the pump can be
immersed in the pool or work in the pit, without any shaft seal or
shaft seal water.
