Sealing type

Expeller seal: the shaft seal type of the pump mainly has a packing seal and a counter impeller seal. The auxiliary impeller seal uses the pressure seal generated by the impeller and the auxiliary impeller in series, and is generally used in the case of press-in ore feeding, but the ore pressure value is given. This type of seal can be used without shaft seal water (by the oil cup on the pump body to regularly add grease), without diluting the slurry; however, it will increase the power consumption (generally about 5% of the rated power).

It can be used under corrosive or high temperature conditions. It has the advantages of simple structure and convenient maintenance. However, it is necessary to add shaft sealing water, and sufficient water pressure and water volume should be ensured. The shaft sealing water pressure is 35 kPa (0.35 kg/cm2) of the pump outlet pressure, and the shaft sealing water quantity depends on the size of the bracket.
