RCS Series Robotics Plasma Cutting Station
1. Good processing adaptability and mobility
The cutting robot has 6 degrees of freedom to meet any position and
attitude requirements of the cutting head in three dimensions, thus
completing the cutting tasks for the specific needs of the area
within which the robot arm can reach. The cutting robot base is
mounted on the moving mechanism to increase the cutting work space.
2. Easy to achieve integrated automatic processing
The cutting robot has the characteristics of small footprint and
flexible movement. Different cutting process methods are adopted.
This robot integrated automatic processing method can greatly
simplify the traditional processing process, improve production
efficiency, and reduce the investment of automation equipment and
occupied space.
3. The most flexible processing features
Since the robotic cutting machine uses a flexible design, machining
program and method, it can be easily moved to another working unit
in addition to cutting various types of parts in the same working
unit. Perform new cutting tasks that are unmatched by other
automated cutting equipment.
4. Plasma speed is fast and low cost
Air plasma has a higher cutting speed than oxyacetylene gas cutting
speed, and plasma only needs to compress air during cutting, so
plasma cutting cost is low. It saves a lot of labor costs and
reduces the labor of the staff. The imported robot from Japan
Kawasaki Heavy Industries has good maneuverability and excellent
quality. Can adapt to work all day long.
5. Well formation
The robot plasma cutting adopts USA Hypertherm MAXPRO200 plasma power supply, the cutting surface is smooth, and the lower edge of the incision is not sticky. When the cutting surface of the workpiece is polished and beveled by the cutter in the later stage, the damage to the cutting tool can be effectively reduced, and the cutting deformation is small, High precision.
