Aluminum foil production refers to the whole process from the aluminum foil start to process the primary foil. It is

the technological continuation of the cold pressing process of the aluminum plate and strip. There are two kinds of

preform body of aluminum foil: hot rolled billet and cast rolled billet. The aluminum foil which is cold rolled into 0.4 -

0.7mm thickness, and then obtain the aluminum foil of different thickness by rough rolling, medium rolling and finishing

rolling. The specific technological process of producing aluminum foil is determined by the kinds of alloy, finished

product specifications, product quality requirements, yield, specifications of production equipment, production capacity

and other factors.

The whole production technological process of flexible packaging aluminum foil (0.0065mm-0.007mm thickness) is aluminum ingots casting - rolling - cold rolling - intermediate annealing - cold rolling - aluminum foil stock - roughing roll - intermediate rolling - finish rolling(double) - cutting - finished annealing.
