The machine can also use oil pump as a hydraulic jack.

The pipe bending machine adopts advanced industrials computer controller and touch screen. It is full-auto and stereo CNC bending machine with the collecting machine, liquid and electricity to integrate. This series uses the VDU touch screen panel control and it can input, store and display various pipe data and instructions.

1. Main shafts are heat-treated specially and the bending arm is made of special forged steel.

2. All the parts are made under very strict quality control so that the quality of machine is good and specification is standardized.

3. The machine is with emergency stop device.

4. Both manual and automatic operation are available.

5. Bending angle can be adjusted freely from 0° to 190°.

6. All the process documents are input by touch control screen. Each bending tube can set compensation value, speed and gap between stripping according to the variety of differnet materials.

7. Every bending of the tube can separately compile 5 move orders, 10 speed matched for operators' use. It will improve working efficiency and decrease interfere points of tube pieces.

8. Touch control screen can transform between Chinese and English. Display of other languages can be ordered according to your demands.

9. Material feeding way can be selected in straight or clamp feeding according to different needs.
