Features of Planetary mixer
Planetary mixer is a new type ofstirring without dead corner
equipment, high efficiency; it has a unique form of stirring.
Planet drive the two stirring shaft turns around the material
barrel, at the same time, the stirring shaft is high-speed
operation, so that the material is strong shearing action, achieve
full dispersion and mixing effect. Cylinder with special seal
structure and have the pressure or vacuum stirring. Mixer has good
deaeration effect, the cylinder body can be designed to be heated
or cooled according to customers' needs. In addition to the
equipment within the knife scraping wall around the cylinder axis
rotation, will be stuck on the wall material scraping and then put
them into mixing shear, that make no residual material in the mixer
and mixing effect is more ideal. The cover is hydraulic lifting,
convenient to operate and clean and the cylinder body can move
freely.
Principle of Motion: Mixing with no hidden corners in the mixing
pan by installing mixing tools and scraper tools on a specially
designed drive system.
