Stator winding machinery WD-4-WCM concise description:

stator winding machine of 4 winding heads is special designed to winding the ceiling fan stator. The left two working stations are for aux winding and the right two working stations are for main winding. The left 2 and the right 2 working stations are controlled individually.

3 pieces each Mitsubishi servo motors control the winding rotation, the feeding of feeding tooling and the transposition. Delta PLC applies to circuit control system. Delta touching screen displays and sets up the parameters, which is visible and convenient. L belt makes transmission, M belt makes transposition and ball screw rod makes shifting. The tension force is adjustable by digital electromagnetic tensioner. Upper machine body is made of aluminum alloy frame with plexiglass and lower machine body is made of steel. The electrical control box is at the front of lower machine body.
