Water-based acrylic topcoat ct-550762r03 red, is a new generation of one-component water-based environmentally friendly low paint developed by Hao Lisen Paint (Shanghai) Co., Ltd .; low solvent content, does not contain lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury and other heavy metals. Good adhesion, good flexibility, etc .; this series of products can be adjusted with a variety of effects, various colors to meet the needs of different product designs; has excellent decoration and protection.

四,Construction technological parameter

1. Suitable substrate:Metal substrate such as cast iron and tinplate .

2. Mixture ratio

3. Suitable for construction environment temperature and humidity: Temperature 10-35℃, humidity:30-80%RH

4. Substrate processing: There is no oil pollution and dust particles of substrate

5. Applicable construction way: Air spraying, Airless spraying, Electrostatic spray.

6. Flow time:2-5min/10-35℃.

7. Curing conditions:70-80 ℃/ 30-40 min (workholding time).

8. Personnel protection: workers should wear personal protective equipment.

五,Precautions

1. Equipment cleaning can use diluted ammonia solution or matched cleaning agent.

2. It is harmful to health after inhaled. Please take when the construction security measures.

六,Storage, packaging and transportation

This product is a water-borne coatings, non-hazardous, non-inflammable and explosive products; transportation to prevent direct sunlight, avoid freezing (>5℃ ); Packaging for the 20L / 50L / 100L / 200L plastic drum; in the transport and storage of drums should be maintained clean, avoid charging the dirt brought in on drums during filling tank, again checked and confirmed that the quality of products. This product should be indoor storage, good ventilation, dry, protect against freezing and overheating, the storage temperature should be controlled at 5～35℃, products from the date of production, over shelf, experimentation is required to determine whether can continue to use.
