compression testing machine Operating procedures
1. connect the power cord, select the appropriate gear, press the
"set" button, and set up the system. If you do not need to adjust,
proceed directly to the next operation.
2. according to the "zero" key zero, put the test parts, alignment
center position, and then turn the handwheel, adjust the rod, so
that the upper pressure plate from the test parts about 5mm, press
"start" key to start the motor.
3. turn off the return valve, slowly open the delivery valve,
control the loading according to the required rate until the
specimen is cracked.
4.Turn on the return valve, close the delivery valve and remove the
test pieces. Put second or third pieces into the same way.
5. Unload the return valve and print all the test contents
according to the "print" key. After the test is finished, press the
"stop" button to stop the motor and turn off the power supply.
6. When doing the same size test piece, it is better not to rotate
the handwheel, so that the piston will fall back freely. This will
ensure the accuracy and save tim
7. When the piston exceeds the maximum stroke (about 20mm), close
to the switch plays a protective role, the press stops working,
then the oil return valve handle should be opened to make the
piston drop a distance and then be re tested.
8. During the working process of the tester, if the control system
is abnormal, please turn off the power switch directly.
9. the test machine shell must be safely grounded.
