On-site environmental considerations
Digital pressure gauges are electromechanical products that use
liquid crystal display technology. Use under bright light will
reduce the life of the LCD screen and may make the data unclear.
The wetted parts of the instrument are stainless steel metal materials and diffusion silicon sensors. Measure the strong acid and alkali medium should use a diaphragm type digital pressure gauge. The digital pressure gauge uses a non-rechargeable lithium battery. The used battery should be handled properly (mailed back to the factory for uniform treatment) to avoid environmental pollution. When used under high temperature or low temperature (greater than 85°C, less than -30°C), heat sink should be added over 85°C, otherwise the measurement accuracy can not be guaranteed, and the lithium battery may explode under excessive temperature conditions. The temperature of the instrument should also be taken into account during storage or transportation. Because the digital pressure gauge is used in the strong electromagnetic field of the electronic product, the instrument may cause a fault, resulting in inaccurate indication or no display at all, but it will not cause substantial damage to the instrument. Different instruments have different pressure measurement ranges. Under normal circumstances, they can be used within 10% of the measurement range. Further over-range use may cause mechanical damage to the sensor, which in turn may cause leakage of the measurement gas or liquid. This damage is not recoverable
