Undervoltage 12V DC Current Monitoring Relay 2 C/O Output Contacts
Low voltage protection
Also known as pressure loss protection and under voltage
protection. When the power supply voltage disappears or falls below
a certain value, a protection measure of the circuit can be
automatically disconnected. Its function is to avoid accidents
caused by the sudden start of the equipment when the voltage
recovers; at the same time, it is prevented from being damaged due
to bare operation under low voltage. At low voltage, the equipment
can only maintain its operation when the current is increased. The
current increases, and the heat rises naturally. In general, the
equipment is damaged and the fire is caused when it is heavy. For
important protection objects, the device consists of voltage
relays, time relays, and circuit breakers, and the protection
performance is more accurate. For general low-voltage devices,
commonly used fuses, contactors, and loss of voltage (undervoltage)
releases are used as protection devices.
Low-voltage protection refers to the use of low-voltage protection
relays connected in parallel across the power supply. When the
voltage is low, it automatically trips to disconnect the
circuit-breaker switch. Low-voltage practice installation: There
are thermal relays, fuses, relays and other low-voltage equipment.
When the power supply bus voltage of the motor is reduced for a
short time or the interruption resumes, in order to prevent the
motor on the line from self-starting at the same time, the power
supply voltage is seriously reduced, and the low voltage protection
is usually installed on the secondary motor. When the power bus
voltage is low to a certain value, the low voltage protection
action will cut off the secondary motor to restore the power bus
voltage to a sufficient voltage to ensure the self-start of the
important motor.
