Features

1. The instrument adopts Fourier transform digital filtering technology to measure capacitance, dielectric loss and other parameters. The test results have high precision and are easy to realize automatic measurement.
2. The instrument adopts frequency conversion technology to eliminate 50Hz power frequency interference on site, and can measure reliable data even in the environment of strong electromagnetic interference.
3. Use full touch large LCD, easy to operate. Full touch LCD screen and full graphic operation interface, each process is very clear, and the operators can use it without additional professional training. The measurement of the whole process can be completed with a slight touch.
4. Data storage: it is internally equipped with calendar chip and large capacity memory, which can save the test results at any time, view the historical records at any time, and print out. The current time and storage time can be displayed and printed at any time.
5. Scientific data management: instrument data can be exported through USB flash disk, and can be viewed and managed through special software on any PC.
6. The instrument is easy to operate and the measurement process is controlled by the microprocessor. As long as the appropriate measurement method is selected, the data measurement can be completed automatically under the control of the microprocessor.
7. The integrated model is equipped with standard capacitor and high-voltage power supply, which is convenient for field test and reduces field wiring.
8. The instrument has high measurement accuracy and can meet the requirements of oil dielectric loss measurement. Therefore, it only needs to be equipped with standard oil cup and special test line to realize oil dielectric loss measurement.
9. It has the function of reverse wiring low-voltage shielding. When the 220kV CVT bus is grounded, the dielectric loss of C11 can be measured without disconnecting 10kV reverse wiring.
10. Be able to conduct AC withstand voltage test. It is convenient for Pt and CT to conduct AC withstand voltage for the second time, and conduct withstand voltage test for 400V low-voltage system.
11. Be able to identify the frequency of external high-voltage power supply from 40Hz to 300Hz. It is allowed to use power frequency power supply or series resonant power supply for high-capacity high-voltage dielectric loss test.
12. It has the CVT test function, which can realize the self excitation test of CVT, and can set four protection limits of high voltage / current and low voltage / current to ensure personal and equipment safety.
13. When testing CVT, it can not only automatically test the capacitance and dielectric loss of C1 and C2, but also test the total capacitance and dielectric loss of CVT equipment
14. It has CVT transformation ratio measurement function. CVT transformation ratio, polarity and phase error can be measured.
15. The self-contained thermal printer can print out, with calendar clock, convenient for users to issue test reports, with USB flash disk output.
16. With computer interface. One computer can control 32 instruments, which can be integrated into the comprehensive high-voltage test vehicle to realize measurement, data processing and report output.
17. Grounding protection function: when the instrument is not grounded or poorly grounded, the instrument does not enter the normal program and does not output high voltage. Overcurrent protection function, the instrument will not be damaged in case of short circuit or breakdown of the test object.
18. Electric shock protection function: when the instrument operator accidentally gets an electric shock, the instrument will immediately cut off the high voltage to ensure the safety of the tester.
19. With GPS global positioning system, it can provide the test location of the instrument (optional).
