2. The mainframe running speed is stepless frequency conversion.

3. The product quantity can be controlled.

4. Automatic stop function, if there is no filling, no inner plug in any rail, it will stop automatically.

Capping Part:

1.PCO,plastic cap, metal cap, aluminum cap.

2.No bottle no capping.

3.Two sensor to check, PLC control.

4. Place & capping system, electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping.

5. All 304stainless steel construction.

6. Automatic stop when lack of bottle.

7. Automatic caps arranging and feeding, lack of caps automatic feeding.

Working Flow of Hot Sauce Filling Machine:

Artificial feeding bottle to the conveyor belt automatic bottle to the station, automatic rotation -- quantitative automatic filling--automatic sorting lower cover (a vibration feeding cover) (optional) --automatic capping -- finished product conveyor belt output.
