Use and care instruction

• Melamine dinnerware should be handled like any quality dinnerware.

• Harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool or any type of plastic or metal scouring pads are not recommended for melamine products. The use of these products on melamineware will cause the finish to be removed and

possible staining issues.

• For best results, use only non-abrasive pads to clean or remove dried food.

• Pre-soak melamine products, if necessary, in a high quality pre-soak dishwashing detergent.

• Dishwasher safe; however, avoid use of chlorine or chlorine based detergents or bleach.

• Please consult your chemical specialist for the best solution made specifically for use on melamine products.

• Shatter-proof,but it doesn’t mean it cannot break,please manage with care.

• Oven or microwave use is not recommended.

Yes,100% melamine,and its certified safe by SGS.

2. Temperature tolerance,dishwasher and microwave safe?
Recommended temperature -20℃ to 70℃,dishwasher safe,not suitable for microwave

3. Do you offer samples,what's the cost and delivery?
Ready-made sample without copy right is free of charges,but freight collect and send out immediately.Customized samples fee is necessary if needed.

4. Can you do it plain color or my own design?
Color and design can be made as request.

5. Can you make the new mold on my request,how is the cost and time?
sure,we can.we have rich experience in tooling,estimate cost is about $1000/item and production time around 30days.

6. What kind of certificates do you have?
LFGB,FDA,CE,EU,BPA FREE, BSCI Audit Summary Report etc.

7. What is the lead time, payment terms?
First order lead time about 45 days and 35 days for repeat orders after payment received and everything confirmed.Payment term is negotiable but usually is L/C at sight and T/T.
