The ultrasonic power supply is mainly composed of the main circuit and the control circuit, and its structure diagram is shown in Figure 1. The main circuit adopts AC-DC-AC structure. The single-phase alternating current is rectified and filtered to form DC. The DC voltage is transformed into the AC voltage whose frequency is consistent with the resonant frequency of the transducer through the full bridge inverter. The inverter outputs the alternating current, and then it is sent to the load converter through the matching network. The control circuit mainly provides switching pulse signal for the main inverter circuit to drive the main inverter circuit to work, and realizes the closed-loop control of the inverter with the help of feedback loop and given circuit.
