Automatic Linear Production Line Mascara Filling Machine with 12 Nozzles is use for filling mascara,

lip gloss, lip oil, eyeliner and so on . It is automatic production line with automatic filling machine,

auto wiper inserting device, auto wiper press device, automatic capping machine and product weight checker.

Connected with conveyor which is speed adjustable. The reasonable management of PLC system

can save the manpower,the raw material resource.

Feature for Mascara Filling Machine

●Tank can be optional layer(three or two layer), and heating or mixing function.​The machine is made of SUS304,

sanitary materials. And 316L for the part which is touching the mascara material.

●​Fill 12 pcs per time (can be changed).

●​Material tank is with pressuring device or heating system.

●​There are two filling mode: static filling or filling while falling.

●​No container, no filling.

●​With servo capping system, all parameters such as torque, speed are set on touch screen.

●​Jaws of capping is adjustable according to the height of the container, but also by the shape of the cap to do.
