Brief introduction
TRSS-RJ45/8 type network lightning arrester is a kind of surge
protector, mainly used for lightning protection measures against
network system. The important performance of internal lightning
protection is suitable for railway communication system, mobile
base station, differential station, hard disk recorder, video
surveillance equipment, optical terminal and other network
transmission equipment to avoid overvoltage damage such as
inductive lightning stroke and electrostatic discharge introduced
by the system. The grounding point is treated by special process to
avoid signal interference. The multilevel protection circuit has
many advantages, such as small insertion loss, fast response speed,
accurate clamping, low output residual voltage and excellent
transmission performance.

Working principle of product
The network arrester can be used not only to protect the high
voltage of the atmosphere, but also to protect the operation of
high voltage. If there is a thunderstorm, a high voltage will
appear and the electric equipment may be dangerous. At this point,
the arrester will play a role to protect the power equipment from
damage. The most important function of the arrester is to limit the
overvoltage to protect the electrical equipment. Lightning arrester
is a device to make the lightning current flow into the earth, so
that the electrical equipment does not generate high voltage.
The lightning arrester can effectively protect the power equipment.
Once the abnormal voltage appears, the lightning arrester will play
a protective role. When the protected device is running under
normal working voltage, the arrester will not work, and it will be
regarded as a circuit for the ground. Once the high voltage is
present and the insulation of the protected equipment is
endangered, the lightning arrester acts immediately and leads the
high voltage impact current to the earth, thus limiting the
amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the
electrical equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is
restored to its original state quickly, so that the system can
supply electricity normally. The main function of the lightning
arrester is to reduce the voltage value of the protected equipment
through the action of parallel discharge gap or nonlinear
resistance, and to reduce the voltage value of the protected
equipment, so as to protect the power equipment.
Use of attention
1. lightning protector should be regularly tested during operation.
If there is any failure, it should be maintained or replaced in
time to ensure equipment safety.
2. standard RJ45 interface can be conveniently connected to the
front end of the protected equipment. The grounding path should be
as short as possible, and the length should not exceed 1.5 meters.
3., the protected equipment must have good grounding, and the
grounding impedance is in accordance with the relevant national
standards.
4. After correct installation, it can work steadily for a long
time. If it is found that the transmission performance of the
system is reduced or the signal is interrupted due to the cause of
surge protection, it should be maintained or replaced in time.
