Photovoltaic DC lightning arrester is a lightning protection measure independently developed by Zhejiang tol Electric Co., Ltd. for household solar power generation. It is applied to the lightning protection products of solar photovoltaic system. It has high lightning discharge capability, and the maximum discharge current of each module reaches 10KA. The product is standard 35mm guide rail installation, easy installation, single module can be inserted and replaced. According to different DC power sources, various specifications can be selected, which can be applied to multi-channel DC power supply system through different combinations.

Working principle of product

In the solar photovoltaic system, the inductive or capacitive coupling voltage is caused by the lightning shock and the switching operation of the upstream power supply system. Therefore, the surge may damage the photovoltaic modules and inverters, which will cause serious consequences for the operation of the photovoltaic system. The photovoltaic lightning arrester is specially developed for this purpose. The lightning protection module of the DC power supply, once the high voltage, and endanger the insulation of the protected equipment, the lightning arrester acts immediately, and the high voltage impact current is directed to the earth, thus limiting the amplitude of the voltage and protecting the insulation of the equipment. When the overvoltage is gone, the arrester is restored to its original state quickly, so as to protect the power equipment.

3. connect the grounding wire of the lightning protector to the ground wire of the lightning protection system.

4. this product needs no special maintenance. The lightning arrester should be checked regularly, especially in the thunderstorm season and the whole thunderstorm period. When the system fails to doubt the lightning arrester, the lightning arrester can be dismantled and rechecked. If the system is restored to normal after the restoration to the state before use, it indicates that the lightning arrester has been damaged and must be replaced immediately.
